When I came across a pin saying that I can get a flat belly at my office desk, I could not believe it.
So I will be testing this pic out.
This is what I want to get out of this work out:
> I will be doing for the next month
> I hope to achieve a flatter tummy
> I want to tone my thighs
> I would like stronger arms
> I really would like to look better in clothes
I know I am putting a lot of pressure on 5 little exercises but I will be doing these exercises everyday with an exception to some weekends. And I will be substitution a salad and a fruit to one of my daily meals.
